T•I•M•E

Jonathan Cantu also known by his artist name, T•I•M•E is a musician originally from Santa Marie CA. He had a very difficult childhood and spent a vast amount of time alone so music was his only source of true happiness.
Jon was abandoned by his biological father and didn't benefit from sufficient care by his mom cause she was an alcoholic. His step father was abusive and showed him no love or care but would often only mercilessly beat and threaten him. All alone in his room, he found some happiness listening and singing his favorite song, Hotel California by the Eagles. This was his prayer to God and he would often request to live a normal happy life like other kids.
As a Kid, Jon loved singing but got little or no appreciation and support from his entourage. He was rather made fun so he never really took music seriously or played the instruments until much later in his life. Jon's brother suffered a terrible stroke two years ago, his mom had divorced his step father and she passed away last year.
We wouldn't delve too deep into the darker side of his life but he had other experiences like going into astrology and more that were a source of inspiration to his musical life and career.
