Brief info
Beyond the Grip is band formed in New Belgrade in 2019. They play rock music (classic rock hard rock garage rock grunge) based on strong country and blues influences. Their first album Quencher, consisting 11 original tracks was released on 31 December 2025. Nick Backovic (vocals) is author of music and lyrics and Steph Strovjanovsky (guitars) signs as coauthor of music. Album was recorded at High Voltage studio in New Belgrade and was produced by Jake O Bayne, who also delivered the drums on the record. In March 2026 Beyond the Grip has entered inti studio to record their upcoming album.
